A Life With You details the small moments of life as lived with a partner. Running out of gas, going for a walk around the neighborhood or water fights in the kitchen, the little things are the glue that keep us together over the years and this collection of vignettes aims to rekindle some memories. Read it with a partner and discuss it together if you can, or use your imagination to paint the image of your perfect match.
A Life With You is a reminder that our lives aren’t measured in milestones, but in the time between.
A Life With You was quite the enjoyable read. I must admit that I was hesitant at first but once I picked it up and began reading, I couldn't put it down. Though not a veteran of love nor a veteran of love stories, the little delineations about the couple and their days together in this book warmed my heart as I read. I recommend giving this book some love if you're unsure about it, as it has a little something for even people with chilled hearts such as myself. If you're not into love stories, you could even peruse the book for little ideas and moves that you can rip to try on your guy or gal. Or- even buy them this book as a "move"!

This book is wonderful, a very good light-hearted read that will leave you smiling. Each page leads you to the warm fuzzy feeling of nostalgia mixed with longing, like walking past the ice cream shop your parents used to take you on Sunday's after an outing. The book highlights the best parts of relationships, and for those not in a relationship gives you a hopeful look into the future and what could be, or a fond reminder of what once was. The simplicity of the chapters makes for a smooth read that its nearly impossible to put the book down until you've finished it.

I read this book to give it an honest review. A Life With You by Roy Miller can be looked at as a small diary that tells about one's life with their partner. I liked how Roy talked about the little moments shared with one's love. I couldn't help myself from saying 'Love is in the air' as i read page after page. The entries take a 'light' or positive look at love and I liked it. There's nothing wrong with talking about how special love is, not every book has to talk about darkness.
The way you interpret or how you feel after reading this book will depend on you. The entries will make you remember the time you've shared with your special someone. If you are happy with him/her you will begin to remember similar or even the same instances you shared as you read the pages. Who knows, you might even remember your ex and the moments you shared with him/her and you might probably end up feeling sad after reading. It's true that when it comes to people all you have of them are 'memories' and these memories are what keeps them alive for us.
A Life With You will make you remember your time with your partner and I wouldn't be surprised if you end up loving him/her more after reading. The book tells you to cherish every moment and not to take things for granted. Happiness is made of little things and you need to find those little things for yourself and make it all work with your partner. This is a wonderful short romantic read that will make you feel nostalgic and make you appreciate the love you've experienced.

My Review: I wasn't sure what I would be getting with this book, it could have gone either way but I ended up really enjoying it. It is a bunch of brief glimpses into a relationship from one partner's point of view. While so many point to big moments to define a relationship, this book does a great job of pointing out the little moments that speak of great love and connection. It was definitely one that made me pause and think about my own marriage and even stop one day to write my husband a little thank you note for all the little things he does that I never really thank him for. It is beautiful to read and gives you a very feel good, sentimental feeling.
My Rating: I really enjoyed this book, honestly even more than I expected I would. I found it to be a really feel good, mushy and all around happy book to read. I really hope you will give this one a try (and I may even consider it a great wedding gift to remind couples to note the small moments). I give it a rating of Four Paws!

This book reads like a romanticized diary for people who believe in the lighthearted side of love. It expresses in detail things what people tend to forget or take for granted or otherwise are not important when real life sets in. Mr. Miller makes a painstaking effort at showing us the little things actually matter. This is self-help book for people who want to put a spark back in their marriage and set aside the dark sides of romance that exists whether you try to be lighthearted about it or not. Not everyone loves in a beautiful way and those of us who have experienced the darkness of romance and marriage like myself cannot relate to this version of events. But, those of you who want to experience the lighthearted romance side in life. Go for it! This book will teach you how to put a spark back into your relationship.

A Life With You by Roy Miller has been a very engaging read. Whilst not normally in my typical genre of books I was recommended this by a couple of friends, and I was not let down.
Even if you are not normally into reading books of this genre I highly recommend giving this book a shot. I look forward to seeing more books from Roy.

A life with you is like a love letter that was never sent, maybe never even actually put to paper but formed inside the mind of the reader. Roy creates a universe in which the reader lives and experiences the story from the inside. I highly recommend at least picking this up for your kindle, It is a quick read and very enjoyable.

A Life With You is a refreshing little gem of a read. Roy Miller takes you through the not so ordinary moments that make life truly precious with a loved one. I found it valuable to take a pause from lifes mundane journey to view its deeper meanings.
